Processing Times
Orders are typically batched and shipped out at the end of each week, not shipped each day. We'll send a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.
Preorders & Backorders
Preorder and backorder items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates, not guarantees, production schedules, and parts availability can push them around. We'll keep you updated if anything changes significantly.
If your order includes in-stock items as well as preorder or backorder items, the entire order will wait to ship until all items are available. Please submit multiple orders if you want your in-stock items sooner.
Shipping Times & Rates
Once an order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address.
Order Changes
All ship dates, including preorder/backorder estimates, are subject to change without notice. We'll do our best to communicate delays, but we can't promise an exact date in advance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us at store@excessiveoverkill.com we'll sort it out.
International Orders
Note customs fees, duties, and longer transit times are the buyer's responsibility
